Project management is a key to our sustainable growth. Bringing leadership and direction to projects and ensuring proper planning to execute on strategic goals is fundamental at AVOCarbon.

In 2021, AVOCarbon implemented new digital tools and solutions to be used by our project management teams. The new tools help to monitor, effectively communicate, and share lessons learned from projects. In addition, our LMS online training system was launched. Our goal is to:

Our project management systems are based on the PMBOK framework. This is to ensure that our client’s project objectives are met in terms of safety, scope, quality, cost, and time parameters. The methodology has been tailored to automotive project industry and was rolled out in 2021.
