We can’t make important business decisions without having them in mind.
Everyone must act and behave in such a way that elicits respect.
When in charge of a task, we must take full responsibility to transform the task to a successful conclusion. When this is not done correctly, we must learn from our mistakes and make corrections to be better next time.
It is intuitive that we should trust that the people with are working with are going to do the job correctly. However, we must clearly communicate the expectation and that they are being trusted.
It means having the courage to take initiatives, work hard and not be deterred when we fail, until the goal is achieved.

The Group comes before the plants. The plants come before the departments. The departments come before the individual.
We have some rules inside the group (corporate, IAFT, values, escalation, etc.) that must be respected.
We must treat the customers properly, respond to their questions appropriately, and find the best solution to the task.
