Manufacturing / Production
Depending on the product and zone to deliver, we made manufacturing decisions:
- For brushes, our strategy is to standardize our equipment worldwide to be able to provide the same products everywhere. We have 2 material preparation solutions, one in Europe, the second one in Asia (Korea) as a backup.
- For chokes, we standardized our manufacturing lines and set them up in low-cost countries. Depending on the quantities required, automation can be added.
Our target is to provide our customers with superior ROI and ensure world-class quality performance.

For Assembly or wire harnesses, we prefer manual operations. In cases of extremely high volumes, automation may be deployed. All products are 100% certified using fully automatic electrical testing machines. As needed, vision systems can be deployed for inspection.
- For bushings and friction material, we have a fully capable injection molding area in Mexico We are able to support production in Asia and Europe using dedicated subcontractors. Internal injection workshops are under development for both locations. The material preparation is centralized in France and distributed as needed.
